These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Ustensile-de-cuisine.com website. By placing an order on our store, you accept these conditions without reservation.

Chef's Kitchenware reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price indicated at the time of ordering.

  • You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

  • In the event that a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Payment

The payment is processed immediately after the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery details are specified in our Shipping Policy . Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Products ordered from our store may come from multiple suppliers and warehouses. Therefore, you may receive your items in several packages on different dates. Each package includes a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons.

Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or a defective product.
