At Ustensiles de chef, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including delivery times, fees, and coverage areas.


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following regions:

  • Mainland France

  • European Union (EU)

We are unable to deliver to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) or certain restricted or remote areas.


2. Shipping and Delivery Times

Due to our dropshipping model, delivery times may vary.

Order Processing:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • France & Europe: 7 to 14 business days. Delivery may vary depending on supplier location and logistical constraints (customs, holidays, etc.), with a maximum of 30 business days.

  • Other countries: 15 to 35 business days.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer several shipping options depending on your location:

  • Express Shipping (loss/damage/theft coverage): €4.90

  • Standard Shipping: Free

  • International EU Shipping: €22.00


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed.

Please Note:

  • Some shipping options, including standard shipping in France, may not provide a tracking number.

5. Customs and International Taxes

For orders shipped internationally (outside the EU), additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of each country.


6. Shipping Issues

  • Undelivered Package: If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time (35 business days), we will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged product, please send us photos within 48 hours of receipt so we can provide a solution (replacement or refund).

  • Incorrect Delivery: For missing or incorrect items, contact us for prompt assistance.


7. Order Cancellation or Modification Before Shipping

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the address or cancel the delivery.
